Note: The registration fee includes participation to all sessions, conference material, one-year membership to SCE, coffee breaks and a welcome reception.   The reduced student registration fee is valid only for Ph.D. students (send a certificate of enrollment verifying your status as Ph.D. student to matrix@dcs.bbk.ac.uk). The Guest fee includes the coffee breaks and opening reception. Guests cannot participate to the scientific program.

Note: The Conference Dinner, Closing Dinner and Excursions will take place, respectively, on Friday 23rd, Saturday 24th, and Sunday 25th of June 2006. Both excursions can be booked. There are a number of restaurants and snack places in walking distance from the conference venue.

Note: A number of rooms have been reserved in the following hotels on a first-come first-served basis. The prices are for single and double occupancy per person in a twin/double room including breakfast. The pre-reservation of the hotel rooms is valid until the 30th of April 2006. Reservations made after the 30th of April 2006 will depend on the hotel availability. Cancellation Policy:
    -  No penalty if cancellation is made until the 1st of May 2006.
    -  Reimbursement of 75% of the registration total fee if cancellation is made between 2nd May and 20th May 2006.
    -  Reimbursement of 50% of the registration total fee if cancellation is made between 21st May to 31st May 2006.
    -  Reimbursement of 20% of the registration total fee if cancellation is made between 1st June to 7th June 2006.
    -  No reimbursement for cancellations after the 7th of June 2006.
An administration fee of 10 euro and the Bank transfer, or credit card charges, will be at the cost of the participant.
