Schedule for sharing service transportation:
    - 21.06.2006 From Larnaca airport to hotels: From 10:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs with maximum waiting time 60 minutes.
    - 25.06.2006 From Hotels to Larnaca airport: From 07:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs with a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes.
    - 26.06.2006 From Hotels to Larnaca airport: From 07:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs with a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes.

Conditions:
    - All delegates may amend their flight details upto 48 hours prior to their arrival in order to avoid confusions. Amendments made in less than 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.
    - For delegates that book sharing transportation but due to unforeseen flight delay arrive at the airport out of schedule times for sharing transportation, will be transferred by taxi to the hotel and will have pay the difference between sharing and taxi transportation.
    - For "No Shows" no refund will be made.
    - An administration fee of 10 euro and credit card charges will be at the cost of the participant for any cancellation.
