Note: The Conference Dinner will take place on Friday the 20th June at the gastronomic restaurant Hotel DuPeyrou.
The Lunch (3 lunches for 58 CHF) will take place at the Restaurant Le Romarin and includes mineral water and coffee. There are vegetarian options.
The Fondue Dinner will take place on Saturday evening of the 21st June 2008 at the Restaurant Cardinal. There is a limited number of places.

Cancellation Policy:
An administration fee of 50 CHF and the Credit Card or Bank transfer charges, will be at the cost of the participant. In addition:
    -  No penalty if cancellation is made until the 31st of March 2008.
    -  Penalty of 20% of the registration total fee if cancellation is made between 1st April and 30th April 2008.
    -  Penalty of 50% of the registration total fee if cancellation is made between 1st May to 31st May 2008.
    -  Penalty of 80% of the registration total fee if cancellation is made between 1st June to 7th June 2008.
    -  No reimbursement for cancellations after the 7th of June 2006.
